Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 we have adapted how we work with our customers, to ensure we still provide renowned quality service to you. As we now have a maximum of 2 groups of 2, from the same support bubble within the group.
Our appointments are from a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 2 hours, this allows us enough time to explain the many details that come with renovating a bathroom and providing this time is imperative to a smooth running renovation. Although we are asking customers to book, you can still "drop in" if we:
a) do not currently have 2 groups of 2 in the showroom
b) have a fully booked day with no available slots.
Otherwise there is no guarantee that you can be served in the moment you "drop into" the shop, this is why we recommend to book an appointment
as we want to be as flexible and safe as possible for you the customer and our staff, we will do our best to fit you in at a time that will suit you best.
Our appointment rules are as follows:
a) Please ring the bell or knock, as we may not see you if we are busy.
b) we will ask you to apply hand sanitiser on entry to the showroom. (Regardless if you have already applied some prior to entry) we will need you to reapply on entry to showroom.
c) all members of the group must either be from the same household or part of the same support bubble
d) unfortunately we are not allowing any children under the age of 12 into the showroom due to the possible spread of Covid-19.
e) you must not have been away to any of the listed government areas within the time period of you're appointment
f) if you have been ill (with any symptoms) please do not come to the showroom, please however call to cancel the appointment and we will rearrange for when you are better.
g) if you do feel unwell within a 2 week period from vising our showroom please call us ASAP so we can take appropriate action.
