This initial meeting allows us to align on your preferred bathroom style, discuss lead times for various items, and provide transparent pricing. As a discount supplier, we strive to match your desired style with a budget-friendly solution. However, if your ideal selection isn't immediately available, rest assured, we'll explore alternatives together.

Your first visit to our showroom is primarily about building a relationship. We want to understand your vision for your new bathroom. To facilitate this, we request a basic room plan—nothing intricate, just a simple line drawing with key details. If you need guidance on creating a room plan, you can find a helpful guide below or follow this link. Additionally, a few photos and a brief video of your existing space help us grasp the context better.

After our initial meeting, armed with insights into your preferences, we'll draft a floor plan for your proposed bathroom. This plan, along with a comprehensive product selection, forms the basis of our quotation. Your feedback during this phase is invaluable, as we aim to align our offerings with your vision as closely as possible. Typically, this process takes between five to ten working days. And once we've sent you the quotation, the decision to proceed is entirely up to you—we won't pressure you into a sale.

Should you wish to make any adjustments before finalizing your order, we'll accommodate them promptly. Once you're satisfied with the details, it's time to place your order.

When it comes to the ordering process, we require a deposit to initiate the procurement of your chosen items. Depending on availability, the delivery timeline ranges from three to fifteen working days. Rest assured, we'll keep you informed throughout this process and address any issues promptly to ensure a seamless installation experience. Full payment is due the day before delivery. If necessary, we can hold your products securely until your preferred installation date, ensuring everything is ready for the big day.
